Upload the source workbook

Each module reads the relevant sheet automatically. If a category or product sheet is available, the tool will prioritize it.

Preview before export

Use the preview action to verify matched rows, combined category paths, and cleaned columns before downloading a new workbook.

Filter multiple category nodes

In the category filter module, select one or many category values from the list. Rows are kept when any selected value appears in the category hierarchy.

Apply hierarchy updates

Optionally add a new top-level category. The output includes a Combined Category column such as H *** A *** B *** C.

Matching logic checks every column whose header contains Category or Level. A row is included when any selected value appears at any category layer. If you enter a new hierarchy layer, it will be inserted immediately before the matched category node inside the affected category path.

The master workbook is cleaned automatically before comparison. By default, only rows with Owner = Client are compared. After both files are loaded, add one or more retailer groups and choose which columns should be used as identifiers on each side.
